Once I found Tom Beaver- my needs were solved. Tom has been able to repair and
maintain every aspect of my computers. His access to software and hardware on
short notice is unbelievable!" Charles H. Thornton
If you are like me and want service immediately when you have computers issues, Able Bodied Computers is who you should call. I have been working with Tom Beaver for over two years and have not once been pushed aside. I can call at most any time day or night and he is willing to take the time to help me by phone or will be there in a flash. He is friendly, honest, compassionate and understanding (computers tend to make me frustrated), extremely efficient and knowledgeable. Call on Tom and, trust me, you will be glad you did.

The hard drive on my favorite computer warped itself to death, says my computer guru, Tom Beaver of Claiborne. Heat at 110 degrees did the dirty deed, according to Tom’s diagnostic software.
This was heart-stopping news. I have tons of digital photographs and thousands of stories, plus six books embedded on that hard drive; its collapse could cause me a lot of heartburn. However, Tom took away my desktop tower and was able to save all the data to a new 320 gig hard drive, plus all my programs. Whew!
In addition, he installed several helpful programs on our three computers, including a new anti-virus system called “NOD32” that does not eat up most of your computer memory as did my old Norton Utilities. Tom did extensive testing on the top five anti-virus programs and selected the best for his customers.
Our latest laptop has Vista installed on it. Had I known Tom could have sold me a Dell with the old and reliable Microsoft XP system on it, I would have gone that route. Vista is okay, but it isn’t XP, and there is a Vista learning curve I could have avoided. Tom says wait until a new program has been out for a year to get the bugs out of it.
